The Rectangular Pipe to Round Connector provides a transition fitting between a cast iron rectangular downpipe and a cast iron round downpipe, allowing the two pipe systems to be joined cleanly in a single run. Used where a rectangular pipe at the upper part of the elevation transitions to a round pipe — for example where the rectangular section connects to a round underground drainage system, or where an existing round pipe is being connected to a new rectangular installation above.
An important practical fitting on heritage restoration projects where the existing above-ground pipe is rectangular and the below-ground or transition pipework is round. The H542A measures 240mm wide x 240mm deep x 290mm high, making it well suited to a compact square profile suited to smaller Georgian and Victorian properties, extensions and outbuildings.
The Ornamental Airbrick (OAB) is available in three sizes: 225mm × 75mm (2.8kg), 225mm × 150mm (4.1kg), and 225mm × 225mm (5.8kg). All sizes have a uniform depth of 75mm, making them consistent to install across a subfloor ventilation course.

Yes. Bespoke copy casting is a core service at Tuscan Foundry Products. We can replicate any cast iron gutter, downpipe, hopper head, or fitting from drawings, detailed photographs, or a physical sample or surviving section. Each commission is assessed individually. Lead time is typically 8 to 10 weeks, and quantities as low as a single piece can be considered depending on pattern-making costs.
The opener is designed for use with Lumen Rooflights and compatible timber-framed skylights. The telescopic shaft and adjustable mounting bracket allow it to be fitted to a range of rooflight frames. If you have a specific rooflight model, call us on 0333 987 4452 to confirm compatibility.
Our bespoke rise and fall gutter brackets — including fascia, side rafter, and top rafter variants for Osma Roofline and Osma SuperLine systems — are manufactured to order. Hopper heads are supplied in red oxide primer ready for on-site painting, or pre-finished in black. A full range of Heritage Colours in traditional linseed oil paint is also available on request — please contact us for the swatch chart.
The Antique Black cast iron version is suitable for external use. The Polished Lacquered version is best suited to interiors or sheltered external locations where the polished finish will be protected from weathering. The Polished Brass version is suited to interior and semi-exposed locations. For external applications on exposed elevations, the Antique Black finish is the recommended specification.
