The gutter jointing kit contains all the components needed to complete 10 joints on a cast iron gutter run: jointing strip, bolts, washers, and nuts. The jointing strip seals the socket-and-spigot joint between gutter sections, providing a flexible and waterproof seal that accommodates the thermal movement of cast iron guttering. The bolts, washers, and nuts secure the union clips that mechanically connect each joint.
Compatible with standard half round, beaded half round, deep half round, moulded ogee, G46, and Notts OG profiles. For ogee and No.46 moulded gutter, only the bolts are used — the jointing strip is not applicable to these profiles. The kit format ensures all components are available together, avoiding the delays and additional cost of ordering jointing materials and fixings separately. The School Board Airbrick (F020801AFC) is available in three standard sizes: 225mm × 75mm, 225mm × 150mm, and 225mm × 225mm. These correspond to one-, two-, and three-brick-course heights and allow ventilation requirements to be met across a range of subfloor and wall opening sizes.
Yes, provided they are sized for the lower water temperature. Outputs are published at ΔT50; at ΔT30 a section gives about half that, so heat pump systems usually need more sections or a deeper pattern. We can prepare a radiator schedule at your heat pump design temperature.

The louvre face provides directional airflow and offers some resistance to driven rain entering the subfloor void, making it a practical choice for exposed elevations or properties in areas with significant prevailing wind and rainfall. The square-grid (school board) pattern offers a larger open ventilation area but less weather protection.

Our hopper heads are available with a wide range of pipe connections to suit round, square, and rectangular downpipes. The Calnethorpe No.11 accepts round 65mm, 75mm, and 100mm; square 75×75mm, 100×100mm, and 125×125mm; and rectangular 100×75mm, 125×100mm, and 150×100mm. Our cast iron airbricks are supplied in primed finish, ready for on-site painting. This allows them to be finished to match the existing ironwork or masonry colour of the building. Standard black gloss is the most common finish for conservation and heritage projects.
