Contains jointing strip, bolts, washers and nuts to complete 10 joints on Half Round, Beaded Half Round and Deep Half Round Gutters. For Ogee and No.46 Moulded profiles the jointing strip is replaced with U9 silicone.
The gutter jointing kit contains all the components needed to complete 10 joints on a cast iron gutter run: jointing strip, bolts, washers, and nuts. The jointing strip seals the socket-and-spigot joint between gutter sections, providing a flexible and waterproof seal that accommodates the thermal movement of cast iron guttering. The bolts, washers, and nuts secure the union clips that mechanically connect each joint.
Compatible with standard half round, beaded half round, deep half round, moulded ogee, G46, and Notts OG profiles. For ogee and No.46 moulded gutter, only the bolts are used — the jointing strip is not applicable to these profiles. The kit format ensures all components are available together, avoiding the delays and additional cost of ordering jointing materials and fixings separately. We do offer a range of Ogee patterned gutters in both straight and radius profiles. The straight profiles are much more common and as such cost less.

Yes. Cast iron rainwater goods are widely accepted by conservation officers and historic environment bodies as the appropriate material for listed buildings. Tuscan Foundry's hopper heads are manufactured in solid cast iron to BS 460 specification and are suitable for all listed building classes. A linseed oil paint finish is also available, which is particularly appropriate for conservation projects.
Yes. Cast iron airbricks are the appropriate material for listed buildings and conservation area properties where the original ventilation grilles were cast iron. They maintain the character and material authenticity required by most conservation officers and listed building consent conditions. The School Board Airbrick (F020801AFC) is available in three standard sizes: 225mm × 75mm, 225mm × 150mm, and 225mm × 225mm. These correspond to one-, two-, and three-brick-course heights and allow ventilation requirements to be met across a range of subfloor and wall opening sizes.

The louvre face provides directional airflow and offers some resistance to driven rain entering the subfloor void, making it a practical choice for exposed elevations or properties in areas with significant prevailing wind and rainfall. The square-grid (school board) pattern offers a larger open ventilation area but less weather protection.

A corner hopper head collects rainwater from two gutters running at right angles and channels it into a single downpipe. They are typically required at internal roof valleys, on hipped roofs, and wherever two runs of gutter converge at a corner. The Regent H1A is designed specifically for this application and is sized to suit the most common gutter profiles.
