STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS: Adrian Cox Associates is made up of established, collaborative and creative conservation specialists who seek the best solutions for historic structures using their experience of new and old repair techniques assisted by the latest software when appropriate. Projects include castles, museums, houses, barns and agricultural buildings (including cost efficient solutions for conversion), churches (including three King of Prussia’s Gold Medal awards for Grade I listed churches), installation and repair of church bells (including innovative resin repair of a medieval bell frame), bridges, schools, and galleries (Watts Gallery). Recent work includes the demanding brief for major temporary works at Guildford Cathedral and as engineers for the Natural History Museum on its first major refurbishment since the 1970s. This included suspending the blue whale skeleton from wrought iron girders. The company provides advice and monitors properties for the Crown Estate and National Trust
